It was formed in 1978 and subsequently registered under Society Registration Act 1860, Registration No.-193/81- 82, Dated 17/09/1981. Sri Ganga Sharan Singh a close associate of Sri Jai Prakash Narain and renowned socialist fighter for the cause of oppressed and neglected section of the society, pledged to support Dr. Shanti Ojha and gave a mission and vision of the organisation.
